Business Development Manager- IR

Job Requirements:

  • 12+ years’ experience in field of sales or Business development of Industrial refrigeration.
  • Able to understand client requirement/tender specifications, prepare/develop concept solution for ammonia or freon based system with associated cost evaluation.
  • Have sound technical understanding of various application including food, pharmaceuticals for manufacturing, processing and storage.  
  • Strong commercial background to prepare techno commercial proposals for customers.      
  • Able to provide technical presentation/solutions to consultant/contractors and End users. 
  • Capability in understanding the Middle East and Africa market, to develop business and to create and maintain relations with Customers and Consultants.

Job Description:

  • Provide business development support to Sales network across the MEA to create Industrial Refrigeration market including concept designing, commercial proposal making.
  • Attending customer meetings with sales team/consulting sales team to provide IR solutions.
  • Responsible for consulting activities in the region to specify Daikin refrigeration.
  • Have responsibility to manage IR budget in terms of Bookings & Sales.   Promoting solution and products in industrial refrigeration market.
  • Set up and define strategies in coordination with Daikin Sales Structure.
  • Set up and define strategies to improve the sales activity process.

Education: 

  • Graduate with an Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical or Equivalent) 

Skills:

  • Dynamic and proactive in Business Development task offers also verbal & written communication skill
  • Successful in Customers relationship development
  • Goals oriented and capable to maintain good relation outside and in Daikin Sales structure
  • Capability in analysis and problem solving.

Preferred:

  • GCC & Middle East Experience in similar field.
